Overview
At Yabe, we do not accept returns or refunds for purchased products. All sales are final.
Defective Products
If your product is found to be defective due to a fault on Yabe’s side, we will provide a replacement product. To be eligible for a replacement, you must:
- Record a clear video of the unboxing process, showing the product and packaging condition.
- Provide photos or videos clearly showing the defect or damage on the product.
Please send the video, images, and your order details to sales@yabe.vn for verification.
Once verified, we will send you a replacement product at no additional cost.
No Returns or Refunds
Please note that we do not accept returns or process refunds for any reason other than verified product defects as described above.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for shipping costs for any shipments. If the defect is confirmed, Yabe will cover replacement shipping costs.
